All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges for any items once an order has been placed.

Handcrafted Characteristics Every piece at Grid is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, color, and small air bubbles are natural, unique characteristics of the concrete materials and our manual production process. These are not considered flaws or defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We take great care in packaging our pieces securely. However, if your order arrives broken, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grid.designhouse@gmail.com

Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement.
